Stick and Leaf Insects
Sticks and leaf Insects are a family of insects called Phasmids. Phasmids are a group of herbivorous insects who use mimicry as a defence. They are perfectly camouflaged to their environment often appearing completely invisible on their chosen food plant unless moving. A lot of Phasmids are also capable of cloning themselves without the need to mate. This is a process known as parthenogenesis. Females can lay fertile eggs once mature which hatch into mini versions of themselves.
